St. Mary’s Hall is available to hire for children’s parties, clubs and meetings.

Located on St. Mary's Close (off Stockbridge Park), Elloughton, the hall comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a large main room and lots of parking spaces. The hall is just before the graveyard, set back from the main road.

Q: Do you allow bouncy castles?

A: Yes! Just check the supplier has insurance cover for your party

Q: Can we have a paid bar?

A: Yes! We do need to apply for a special licence for this if you are charging for drinks

Q: What facilities are there for conferences?

A: We have a pull down screen for overhead projectors or can provide a TV with a sound bar which shows PowerPoint if you bring a USB Stick

Q: How many people can we invite to an event here?

A: We would suggest around 50 people can be accomodated for a conference comfortably and up to 100 for a party. We have disabled access toilet facilities.

A: Once we have confirmed the hall is available, please complete the form below and transfer a deposit by BACS to our church account. We will send you our terms and conditions. Full payment is required 14 days before the booking.

Q: How much does the hall cost?  

You can book a party for the morning or afternoon at £60 plus a £40 refundable bond

For regular groups we charge £15 per hour or £20 for commercial lettings. Please contact us for more information on fees.
